      It includes a sound-absorbing layer, a vibration-damping layer, a solid layer, and a galvanized steel layer, forming an ultra-thick composite wall. Filled with thermal insulation polyester fiber, it possesses fire and explosion-proof properties, and the surface is chrome-plated, ensuring it will never rust or fade, and meets environmental standards.

    • Shock-Absorbing Carpet

      Featuring an ultra-dense weaving process, a 100% polyester fiber surface layer, and a TPR rubber backing, this carpet has a deformation rate of less than 3%, significantly improving shock absorption, sound absorption, and sound insulation. It is resistant to deformation and boasts advantages such as being removable, easy to clean, fire-resistant, and wear-resistant.

    • Office Pod Ventilation System

      Ventilation System

      Multiple sound barrier design with upward intake and downward exhaust airflow effectively prevents sound leakage. The PD labyrinth-type low-noise fresh air system reduces sound interaction between the interior and exterior of the pod, ensuring a complete air exchange every 2 minutes to maintain fresh air inside the cabin. The design value is RW+Ctr 30dB.

      Lighting System

      4000K color temperature LED lights, luminaire efficacy: 80-90 lm/w, 19W flat panel light source, providing continuous and stable sufficient lighting inside the pod, reducing eye strain. Three-color controllable lighting allows for easy switching between work and rest modes.

    • Power System

      Compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V-USB port，Type-C port power supply, the pod is equipped with international power outlets, a three-way switch, and USB ports. External connection ports and network cable ports are also provided, supporting a variety of application scenarios.

    • Silent Door Handle

      Features a rust-proof alloy silent door lock for easy installation. The silent design effectively enhances sound insulation and sealing, preventing sound and dust from entering.
