      Constructed with a steel frame, the surface is treated with AkzoNobel powder coating and chrome plating, ensuring 15 years of fade resistance, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance. The modular design facilitates flexible assembly, transportation, and future maintenance and expansion. The built-in shock-absorbing and sealing structure effectively improves sound insulation, and the unit supports more than 10 disassembly and reassembly cycles.

    • Double-layered Glass

      Made with 5+5mm laminated tempered glass, it possesses explosion-proof and fire-resistant properties. The entire structure is double-sealed with sound insulation film and surrounding soundproof sealant strips, effectively enhancing sound insulation and vibration damping.

    • Ventilation System

      Multiple sound barrier design with upward intake and downward exhaust airflow effectively prevents sound leakage. The PD labyrinth-type low-noise fresh air system reduces sound interaction between the interior and exterior of the pod, ensuring a complete air exchange every 2 minutes to maintain fresh air inside the cabin. The design value is RW+Ctr 30dB.

    • Lighting System

      4000K color temperature LED lights, luminaire efficacy: 80-90 lm/w, 19W flat panel light source, providing continuous and stable sufficient lighting inside the pod, reducing eye strain.  Three-color controllable lighting allows for easy switching between work and rest modes.
